Re HELLEN DUNCAN, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Hellen Duncan, late of the Red Lion Inn, Danehill, in the county of Sussex, Widow, deceased (who died on the 11th day of March, 1915, to whose estate and effects letters of administration were granted by the Lewes District Registry of the Prooate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 26th day of March, 1915, to Herbert John Duncan, Electrical Engineer, of the Red Lion Inn, Danehill aforesaid, the (natural and lawful Son and one of the next of kin of the deceased), are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said administrator, on or before the 29th day of January next, after which date the said administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice; and he will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose claims or demands he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 24th day of December, 1915.
