JAMES CALVERT, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament, 22 and 23 Vic. , c. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of James Calvert, deceased, late of Highfield, Danehill, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman (who died on the tenth day of April, 1910, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court on the 2nd day of July, 1910, by Herbert Ridley Boyce, as Syndic for the Trustees Executors and Securities Insurance Corporation Limited, whose registered office is at Winchester House, Old Broad-street, in the city of London, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, at the undermentioned address, on or before the 12th day of August, 1910, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have received notice. — Dated this 7th day of July, 1910.
