HANNAH WOOD, Widow, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Queen Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that the creditors and all persons having any claim or demand on the estate of Hannah Wood, late of Danehill, in the county of Sussex, Widow, deceased (who died on the 12th day of April, 1887, intestate, and letters of administration to whose estate were granted by the Lewes District Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice, on the 6th day of August, 1887, to William Wood, of Danehill aforesaid, Farmer, Son of the said deceased), are hereby required to send in the particulars, in writing, of their respective claims and demands to me, the undersigned, John Lewis, on or before the 1st day of December next, after which time the administrator will proceed to distribute the estate of the said Hannah Wood, deceased, amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which he shall then have had notice; and that he will not after that time be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 27th day of October, 1887.
