NOTICE is hereby given, that Edmund Wood, of Etchingham, in the county of Sussex, Blacksmith, by indenture, dated this 30th day of October, 1856, assigned over all his personal estate and effects to Thomas Whybourn, of Etchingham aforesaid, Draper and Grocer, upon trust for the several creditors of the said Edmund Wood rateably who should execute the said indenture on or before the 24th day of December, 1856; and that such indenture was duly executed by the said Edmund Wood and Thomas Whybourn, on this 30th day of October, 1856; and the execution thereof by them was attested by James Philcox the younger, of Burwash, in the county of Sussex, Solicitor ; and that the said deed is now lying at our office for execution by the said creditors. —Bin-wash, 30. h October, 1856.
