Notes:

WHEREAS the Court, authorized to act in the prosecution of a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed on the 21st day of April, 1857, and now in prosecution against Thomas Game, of the Park Farm, in the parish of Coldwaltham, in the county of Sussex, Corn Dealer, and Sheep and Cattle Salesman, Dealer and Chapman, has, on the application of the said bankrupt, appointed a public sitting under such Petition, to be held before Edward Goulburn, Serjeant-at-Law, one of Her Majesty's Commissioners of the Court of Bankruptcy, on the 8th day of July next, at one of the clock in the afternoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, Basinghall-street, in the city of London, for the allowance of the Certificate of the said bankrupt's conformity to the laws now in force concerning bankrupts, according to the 1orm and subject to the provisions of the Statute, passed in the Parliament holden in the twelfth and thirteenth years of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled "The Bankrupt Law Consolidation Act, 1849; " this is to give notice, that such Court will sit, at the time and place above mentioned, for the purpose aforesaid; when and where any of the creditors of the said bankrupt, who shall have given due notice of their intention to oppose, may be heard against the allowance of such Certificate, and the same will be allowed, unless cause be then and there shewn to the contrary, or such other order will be made therein as the justice of the case may require.
