NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of HERBERT HEATHER HARRISON STOCKEN, late of Court House, Copthorne, Sussex, formerly a Major in the Cameron Highlanders (who died intestate on the 19th day of March, 1930, and administration of whose estate was granted to Dorothy Edyth Jinks and Winifred Muriel Cayley on the 3rd day of May, 1930), are hereby required to send in particulars of their debts or claims to us, the undersigned, as Solicitors or Agents for the said administratrices, on or before the 14th day of July, 1930; and notice is hereby also given that after that day the said administratrices will proceed to distribute the -assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said administratrices shall then have had notice; and that they will not be responsible for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 6th day of May, 1930.
