Colonel HENRY JOHN BLAGROVE, C. B. , Deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925, Section 27. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims against the property or estate of Henry John Blagrove, C. B. , late of Dowdeswell Court, Dowdeswell, Gloucester shire, and formerly of Effingham House, Copthorne, Crawley, Sussex, and the Cavalry Club, Piccadilly, London, a Colonel (retired) in His Majesty's Army (who died on the 29th November, 1925, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry on the 23rd February, 1926 by Charles Frederick Booth, of 4, Bedford-row, London, Solicitor, the surviving executor therein named), are hereby required to send, in writing, the particulars of their claims to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executor, on or before the 15th day of May, 1926, after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased, having regard only to the claims of which the executor shall have had notice at the time of such distribution. — Dated this 3rd day of March, 1926.
