Best, with the approbation of Mr. Justice Chitty, by Mr. George Stockings, the person appointed by the said Judge, at the Fox Hotel, Three Bridges, in the county of Sussex, on Thursday, 6th June, 1889 at three for four o'clock in the afternoon, in one lot:— A freehold dwelling-house, known as Brook Cottage, and three enclosures of pasture land, containing in all about four acres and two roods, situate at Crawly Copthorne, Sussex. Particulars and conditions of sale may be had (gratis) of Messrs. Godfrey and Robertson, of 40, Chancery-lane, London, Solicitors; of the Auctioneer; and at the place of sale.
