Richard Lancaster – The Testator

Was he the Richard Lasbester son of John, baptised in West Grinstead on 3 March 1579/80? He married Elizabeth Arnold in West Grinstead on 23 may 1614. He was buried in West Grinstead on 28 March 1647.

Mary Fowler – Daughter of the Testator

Mary was either baptised in West Grinstead on 6 October 1616, or in Ashurst on 14 April 1625. Both were recorded as daughters of Richard Lancaster.. It is possible that they were both children of the same parents but that the first one died. On 14 December 1645 she married Thomas Fowler in West Grinstead.. She was buried in West Grinstead on 24 May 1658.

Lea Wolvin – Daughter of the Testator

Lea was baptised in West Grinstead on 26 July 1618, daughter of Richard Lancaster She married John Wolvin in West Grinstead on 25 April 1639.

Elizabeth & Ann Wolvin – Grandchildren of the Testator

Elizabeth was baptised in West Grinstead on 20 September 1640, daughter of John and Leah Woolvin. Agnes Woolvin was baptised in West Grinstead on 8 March 1644/5, daughter of John Woolvin, but she seems to have mainly been known as Anne.
