THOMAS HARTLEY WILSON BUCKLEY, Deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims or demands upon or against the estate of Thomas Hartley Wilson Buckley, late of The Grange, Crawley Down, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, deceased, who died on the 21st day of May, 1929, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 25th day of September, 1929, by Miss Louisa Isabel Agnes Buckley and Frederick George Neave, Esquire, the executors named therein, are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to the undersigned as Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 27th day of October, 1930, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then nave had notice; and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 21st day of August, 1930.
