SARAH JANE DEANE-SPREAD, Deceased. Pursuant to 22 and 23 Victoria, chapter 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims or demands against the estate of Sarah Jane Deane-Spread, late of The Grange, Crawley Down, in the county of Sussex, Widow, and formerly of 37, Boscombe-road, Shepherd's Bush, in the county of Middlesex (who died on the 25th day of October, 1919, and whose will was proved by Thomas Hartley Wilson Buckley and Ernest Ormsby Powell, being the executors therein named, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 10th day of April, 1920), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 16th day of November, 1920, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then have notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debt, claim or demand they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 7th day of October, 1920.
