HENRY CHARLES NORMAN, Deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Act of Parliament, 22 and 23 Vict. , c. 35, that all persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Henry Charles Norman, formerly of 366 and 368, Euston-road, London, N. W. , but late of " The Bays, " Crawley Down, in the county of Sussex, Engineer, deceased who died on the 20th day of May, 1909, and administration of whose estate and effects was granted to Rachel Norman, of Harland Lodge, Vernon-street, Stoke, Ipswich, in the county of Suffolk, on the 25th day of June, 1909, by the Principal Probate Registry, are hereby required to send in particulars of their debts or claims to the said administratrix, at the offices, 171, Queen Victoria-street, London, E. G. , of the undersigned, her Solicitor, on or before the 25th August, 1910; and notice is hereby also given that after that day the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Henry Charles Norman, deceased, amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which she shall then have had notice; and that she will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any persons of whose debt or claim she shall not then have had notice. — Dated the 20th day of July, . 1910.
