JOHN FISHER HODGSON, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 85, intituled "An Act to farther amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of John Fisher Hodgson, Clerk in Holy Orders, formerly Vicar of Horsham, in the county of Sussex, and late of Sunny Hill, Crawley Down, in the said county of Sussex (who died at Sunny Hill aforesaid, on the 21st day of January, 1892, and whose will was proved hy Thomas Bolton, of the Sanctuary, in the city of Westminster, and William Gee, of Bishop's Stortford, in the county of Herts, the executors thereinnamed, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice, on the 1st June, 1892), are hereby required to send in writing, the particulars of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, on or before the 1st day of August, 1892; and notice is hereby also given, that at the expiration of the lastmentioned day the said Thomas Bolton and William Gee will proceed to distribute the assets of the said John Fisher Hodgson amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice; and that the said Thomas Bolton and William Gee will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice at the time of the distribution. — Dated this 16th day of June, 1892.
