In the Matter of a Special Resolution for Liquidation by Arrangement of the affairs of Edwin Gray Astwood, commonly known as Edwin Gray Turner, of No. 18, Devonshire-place; Elliott's Stores, Sussex-street, 90B, Edward-street, Edmund's-yard, Somerset-street, Saint James’ Hall, Grand-parade, all in the town of Brighton, in the county of Sussex, formerly also of Nos. 13, 16, and 20, Devonshire-place, respectively aforesaid, and also now carrying on business at 3, Cornfield-place, Eastbourne, in the county of Sussex, and lately residing at the Eagles, Crawley Down, in the parish of Worth, in the county of Sussex, trading at Brighton aforesaid as E. G. Turner, and Turner and Company, and at Eastbourne as E, G. Turner, House Furnisher and Auctioneer. THE creditors of the above-named Edwin Gray Astwood who have not already proved their debts, are required, on or before the 26th day of June, 1883, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, to me, the undersigned, Joseph Andrews, Chartered Accountant, of 7 and 8, Ironmonger-lane, in the city of London, the Trustee under the liquidation, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend proposed to be declared. — Dated this 12th day of June, 1883.
