PURSUANT to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in the matter of the estate of John Grimston, and in a cause Thomas Richard Richnell and Susan, his wife, against Henry Grimston, the creditors of John Grimston, late of No. 11, Lorrimore-road, Kenningron, in the county of Surrey, and Crawley Down, in the parish of Worth, in the county of Sussex, who died in or about the month of August, 1868, are, on or before the 30th day of April, 1873, to send by post, prepaid, to Messrs. Paterson, Snow, and Burney, of No. 40, Chancery-lane, London, the Solicitors of the administrator of the estate and effects of the said John Grimston, their Christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Order. Every creditor holding any security is to produce the same before the Vice-chancellor Sir John Wickens, at his chambers, situated No. 13, Old-square, Lincoln's-inn, Middlesex, on Friday, the 9th day of May, 1873, at twelve o’clock at noon, being the time appointed for adjudicating on the claims. — Dated this 18th day of March, 1873.
