Declaration of Dividend under a Petition, dated 18th November, 1868, against Benjamin Chandler, of Crawley Down, Worth, in the county of Sussex, Builder, Stone Mason, and General-shop Keeper. NOTICE is hereby given, that the First Dividend, at the rate of 3s. 7d. in the pound, is now payable, and that warrants for the same may be received by those legally entitled, at my office. No. 36, Basinghall-street, City, on Wednesday, the 2nd February next, or the following Wednesday, between the hours of eleven and two on each day. No warrants can be delivered unless the securities exhibited at the proof of the debt be produced, without the special directions of a Commissioner. Executors and administrators of deceased creditors will be required to produce the probate or will or letters of administration under which they claim. — January 27, 1870. M.
