The Bankruptcy Act, 1861. Notice of Sittings for Last Examination. Benjamin Chandler, of Crawley Down, Worth, in the county of Sussex, Builder, Stone Mason, and General Shop Keeper, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 18tb day of November, 1868, a public sitting, for the said bankrupt to pass his Last Examination, and make application for his Discharge, will be held before Thomas Ewing Winslow, Esq. , a Commissioner of the said Court, on the 19th day of January next, at two in the afternoon precisely, the day last aforesaid being the day limited for the said bankrupt to surrender. Mr. Mansfield Parkyus, of No. 36, Basinghall-street, London, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. H. R. Silvester, of No. 18, Great Dover-street, Southward, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
