The Bankruptcy Act, 1861. Notice of Adjudications and First Meeting of Creditors. Benjamin Chandler, of Crawley-Down, Worth, in the county of Sussex, Builder, Stone Mason, and General-shop Keeper, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 18th day of November, 1868, is hereby required to surrender himself to Henry Philip Roche, Esq. , a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 2nd day of December next, at one o'clock in the afternoon precisely, at the said Court. Mr. Mansfield Parkyns, of No. 36, Basinghall-street, London, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. H. R. Silvester, of No. 18, Great Dover-streets Newington, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
