Will of Henry Gallup of Crawley

This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Gallup now of Crawley in the County of Sussex Surgeon being of sound and disposing mind do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner following hereby revoking all former Wills by me made ffirst I order all my just debts funeral expences and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied then I order a Tablet to be affixed to the wall of the Chancel of the Church of Crawley in the County of Sussex to the memory of me and my brother Robert deceased It is then my will that as the Copyhold estate in the Parish of Poynings in the County of Sussex will fall by heirship to my brother William Gallup I wish and will that the same may be valued by some trust worthy person I then order such a sum to be paid out of my personal property as shall be equal in value to the Copyhold estate in the Parish of Poynings in the County of Sussex to my brother Edward Jenden Gallup the rest and residue of my personal property if any to be equally divided between my two brothers Edward Jenden Gallup and William Gallup And lastly I constitute and appoint Edward Jenden Gallup and William Gallup to be Executors of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said Testator have set my hand & seal this eleventh day of January 1823 /_/ Henry Gallup
