WHITEHALL, March 25, 1867. THE following Addresses of Congratulation to the Queen, on the occasion of Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales having given Birth to a Princess, have been transmitted to the Right Honourable Spencer Horatio Walpole, Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Home Department, for presentation, and have accordingly been presented by him to Her Majesty, who has been pleased to receive the same very graciously:— To The QUEEN's Most Excellent Majesty. Most Gracious Sovereign, WE, the London Committee of Deputies of the British Jews, for ourselves and for the several Congregations we represent, humbly and dutifully offer to your Majesty our congratulations on the joyous occasion of Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales having safely given birth to a Princess. We rejoice with the country at large in every event contributing to the happiness of your Majesty, and devoutly trust that the Almighty will continue to vouchsafe His blessing to your Majesty and to every Member of the Royal Family.
