This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Juniper of Cuckfield in the County of Sussex Gentleman I devise and bequeath all my freehold copyhold and real and personal Estate over which I have a disposing power unto my Uncle William Batchelor of Balcombe in the said County Farmer my Uncle Thomas Batchelor of Cuckfield aforesaid Farmer James Burster of Cuckfield aforesaid Farmer and Thomas Broomfield Penfold of Cuckfield aforesaid Yeoman their respective heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely as tenants in common And I devise all estates vested in me as Trustee or Mortgagee to the said William Batchelor Thomas Batchelor James Burster and Thomas Broomfield Penfold their heirs and assigns subject to the equities affecting the same respectively I appoint the said William Batchelor Thomas Batchelor James Burster and Thomas Broomfield Penfold Executors of this my Will and I revoke all other Wills In witness whereof I the said Charles Juniper have hereunto set my hand the twentieth day of January one thousand eight hundred and sixty six-----------------Charles Juniper-------------------------- Signed by the said Charles Juniper the Testator in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses---------------H Stedman att Horsham-------------------- Albert Cox Clerk to Mr Stedman
