THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Rice, of the Parish of St. Thomas in the Cliffe, near Lewes, in the County of Sussex, Timber-merchant, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 17th Day of December next, at Four o'clock in the Afternoon, at the Bear Inn, in the Cliffe aforesaid, in order to make a Further Dividend of the Estate and Effect's of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefic of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
