THE Creditors who have proved heir Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Henry Edwards, of St. Thomas in the Cliffe, near Lewes, in the County of Sussex, Timber-merchant, are desired to meet the Assignees of his Estate on Saturday the 28th Day of February instant, at Twelve of the Clock at Noon, at the Paul's-head Tavern, in Cateaton-street, London, to assent to or dissent from the Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity, concerning the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects; and also to their compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matter or Thing relating thereto ; and on other special Affairs,.
