THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against William Rice, of the Parish of St. Thomas in the Cliff, near Lewes, in the County of Sussex, Timber-merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the Estate and Effects of the slid Bankrupt, on Saturday the 22d of March instant, at Three of the clock in the Afternoon, at the Star Inn, in Lewes in the said County, in order to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity for Recovery of any Part of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects ; and also to their compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matter or Thing relating thereto ; and on other special Affairs.
