THE Creditors, who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded against Henry Tyler, late of the Parish of St. Thomas in the Cliffe near Lewes, in the County of Sussex, Brazier, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignee of the said Bankrupt's Estate, on Friday the 19th Day of March Instant, at Six o'Clock in the Evening, at the Half Moon Tavern in Cheapside, London, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignee's commencing or defending One or more Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity touching the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects ; and also in their compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matters and Disputes relating thereto ; and on other special Affairs.
