THE Creditors, who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Edward Orme, of the Borough of Southwark, in the County of Surrey, Cheesemonger, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt, on Thursday the 23d Day of August instant, at the Office of Mr. Gregson, in Angel-Court, Throgmorton-Street, London, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, to take into Consideration certain Matters relative to the Title of the Bankrupt to certain Estates at Fletching, in the County of Sussex; and to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing and prosecuting any Suit or Suits in Equity or at Law respecting the said Estates, or any of them, or the Titles thereto, or the enforcing the Contracts for the Sale thereof; or to their taking such other Measures respecting the said Estates, or any of them, as the said Assignees shall be advised and think proper; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees paying out of the said Bankrupt's Estate, the Expense of putting in Bail for the said Bankrupt, and defending certain Actions commenced against him a short Time previous to the issuing forth of the said Commission; and on other special Affairs.
