TO be sold, pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery made in a Cause Lamb versus Cowne, with the Approbation of Sir William Weller Pepys, Baronet, one of the Masters of the said Court, at the Public Sale-Room in Southampton-Buildings, Chancery-Lane, London, in Two Lots, on Monday the 25th Day of March next, at One o'Clock in the Afternoon, A Quantity of Oak Timber, growing on the Estates late of Mrs. Elizabeth Nelthorpe, deceased, in the Parishes of Nuthurst, Horsham, and Broadwater, in the County of Sussex, which may he viewed by Application to Richard Comber, Farmer, at Nuthurst, near Horsham ; and Particulars had at the Chambers of the said Master, in Southampton-Buildings ; of Messrs. Oddie, Oddie, and Forster, Carey-Street; Mr. Hindman, Dyer's-Court, Aldermanbury, London; Mr. Pennington, Lee-Place, near Godstone, Surrey ; and at the King's-Head, Horsham.
