Declaration of Dividend under a Petition, dated 8th September, 1864, against Charles Saxby, of Rodmell, and of Brighton, Sussex, Seedsman. NOTICE is hereby given, that the Second Dividend, at the rate of 7 1/2 d. , and 9s. 7 1/2d. in the pound to New Proofs, is now payable, and that warrants for the same may be received by those legally entitled, at my office, No. 22, Basinghall-street, City, on Wednesday next, and the three subsequent Wednesdays, between the hours of eleven and two on each day. No warrants can be delivered unless the securities exhibited at the proof of the debt be produced, without the special directions of the Commissioner.
