NOTICE TO CREDITORS. NOtice is hereby given, that William Mayo, late of Battle, in the County of Sussex, Innkeeper, has assigned over all his Estate and Effects to Messrs. John Meryon and William Thompson, of Rye, in the said County, Merchants, and Silder Smith, jun. of Battle aforesaid, Carrier, for the Benefit of themselves and such of the Creditors who should execute the same : Notice is therefore hereby given, that the said Deed of Alignment is now lying at the Office of Mr. Ellis, Solicitor, No. 65, Hatton-Garden, Holborn, London, where it will continue until the 16th Day of October instant ; and after which Time it will be at the Office of Mr. Willard, Solicitor, Battle, where it will continue to lay for Execution until the 21st Day of November next. - Notice is therefore hereby further given, that the said Trustees will attend at the Chequer's Inn, in Battle aforesaid, on Tuesday the 22d Day of November next, at the Hour of Eleven in the Forenoon, of the same Day, in order to make and pay a Final Dividend arising from the Estate and Effects of the said William Mayo; and that such Person or Persons who shall not have executed the said Deed of Assignment, on or before the said 21st Day of November next, will be excluded from all Benefit arising from the same. - Battle, October 11, 1808.
