TO be sold, pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause His Majesty's Attorney-General versus Hannington and others, before Edward Morris, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at the Public Sale-Room, in Southampton-Buildings, Chancery-Lane, London, on Wednesday the 18th Day of January 1809, between the Hours of One and Two o'Clock in the Afternoon, a capital Freehold Messuage or Tenement, on the Market-Green, in Battle, in the County of Sussex, with a Yard and Garden walled in, Coach-House and large Stable, late in the Occupation of David Langton, Esq; but now of Mr. Thomas Barton, as Tenant at Will.
