TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree and subsequent Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause Hare against Henckell, at the King's Head, in Herstmonceux, near Battle, in the County of Sussex, by Mr. George Verral, on Thursday the 30th of August, 1798, between the Hours of Five and Six in the Afternoon, A desirable Copyhold Estate, late the Property of the Rev. Robert Hare, Clerk, deceased, situate at Herstmonceux aforesaid, consisting of the beforementioned Inn called the King's Head, which has been long established in Business, together with commodious Stables and other suitable Offices in complete Repair, a good Garden and Orchard, and about 40 Acres of rich Arable and Pasture Land; all which Premises (except Two Closes of Pasture which are in Hand) are in the Possession of Mr. Francis Page, as Tenant at Will.
