REGINALD KENNARD SPERLING. Deceased. Pursuant to Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Reginald Kennard Sperling, late of Netherfield Court, Battle, in the county of Sussex, Esquire (who died on the 7th day of December, 1908, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 18th day of January, 1909, by St. John Van Hagen Sperling and Eric Stephen Astley Sperling, the executors named in the said will), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts, claims, and demands to the said, executors, at the office of their Solicitor's, Messrs. Parker, Garrett, Holman and, Howden, St. Michael's Rectory, Cornhlll, in the city of London, on or before the 6th day of March, 1909, after the expiration of which time the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets, of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which the said executors shall then have had notice; and that the said executors will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand they shall not have had such notice as aforesaid. — Dated this 27th day of January, 1909.
