NOTICE is hereby given, that by indenture, bearing date the 3rd day of August 1852, John Colgate, of Battle, in the county of Sussex, Grocer and Draper, assigned all his personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, as therein mentioned, unto Charles John Jeudwine, of Hastings, in the said county. Grocer, and John Baggallay, of Love-lane, in the city of London, Warehouseman, upon trust for the equal benefit of his creditors; and which said indenture of assignment was executed and attested as follows, that is to say: by the said John Colgate and Charles John Jeudwine, on the 4th day of August instant, in the presence of, and attested by, Thomas Parker Langham, Solicitor, Hastings, and by the said John Baggallay, on the 6th day of August instant, in the presence of, and attested by, Frederick Turner, of No. 68, Aldermanbury, in the city of London, Solicitor. And notice is hereby further given, that the same now lies for execution by the creditors of the said John Colgate, at the offices of Messrs. Sole, Turner, and Turner, No. 68, Aldermanbnry, London, Solicitors to the Trustees. - 11th August 1852.
