TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS. NOTICE is hereby given, that Thomas Chester, of Brede, in the county -of Sussex, Farmer, hath by indenture, bearing date the 25th day of November 1848, assigned all his personal estate and effects to William Mantell Eldridge, of Saint Leonards-on-Sea, in the said county, Common Brewer, and William Young, of Brede aforesaid, Shopkeeper, upon certain trusts in the said indenture mentioned and subject thereto, upon trust, for the joint and equal benefit of such of the creditors of him, the said Thomas Chester, as shall execute the said indenture, which is now lying at my office for that purpose; and which said indenture was executed by each of them, the Said Thomas Chester, William Mantell Eldridge, and William Young, on the said 25th day of November. ; and their several executions of such indenture were attested by Robert Young, of Battle, in the said county, Solicitor. All persons having any claim upon the said Thomas Chester are requested forthwith to send in full particulars thereof to the said William Mantell Eldridge and William Young, or one of them, to either of whom all parties indebted to the said Thomas Chester are requested to pay the amount of their respective debts within fourteen days from the date hereof. — Battle, 27th day of November 1848.
