WHereas a Commission of Bankrupt is awarded against Thomas Vigorwaite, late of Battell in Sussex, Shopkeeper, and he being declared a Bankrupt ; is hereby required to surrender himself to the Commissioners on the 29th and 30th Instant, at Ten in the Forenoon, and on the 12th of May next, at Two in the Afternoon, at the House of Thomas Smith, being the Sign of the George Inn in Battell, in the County of Sussex; at the second of which sittings the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their Debts, pay Contribution-Money, and chuse Assignees. All Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, are desired to give Notice thereof to Mr. George Worge, Attorney at Law at Battell in Sussex.
