JOHN WELLER, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and others having any claims upon the estate of John Weller, late of the Pottery, Brede, in the county of Sussex, Potter, deceased (who died on the 12th day of September, 1891, and whose will was proved in the Lewes District Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 29th day of December, 1891, by Thomas Dennett, of Sedlescombe, in the said county of Sussex, one of the executors thereinnamed), are hereby required to send, in writing, the particulars of their claims and demands to the undersigned, on or before the 1st day of March next; after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which he shall have had notice; and he will not be answerable or liable for the assets so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person of whose claim or demand he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 23rd day of January, 1892.
