PURSUANT to an Order of the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, made in an action in the matter of the estate of George Lazarus, deceased, Harris v. Lazarus, 1881, L. , 3024, the creditors of George Lazarus, late of Brede, in the county of Sussex, Grocer, who died on the 20th day of May, 1879, are, on or before the 17th day of February, 1882, to send by post, prepaid, to Mr. Alfred Tolhurst, of New-road, Gravesend, in the county of Kent, the Solicitor for the defendant, John Lazarus the elder, the administrator of the estate and effects of the said deceased, their Christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, and in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Order. Every creditor holding any security is to produce the same before the Vice-Chancellor Sir Charles Hall, at his chambers, in the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, on Wednesday, the 1st day of March, 1882, at twelve o'clock at noon, being the time appointed for adjudicating on the claims. — Dated this 17th day of January, 1882.
