NOTICE is hereby given, that William Breeds, of Icklcsbam, in the county of Sussex, Miller, hath by indenture, bearing date the 27th day of January, 1855, and made between the said William Breeds, of Icklesham aforesaid, Miller, of the first part; George Scrivens of Hastings, in the said county. Banker, William Fuller, of Udimore, in the said county, Yeoman, and John Austen the younger, of Brede, in the said county, Yeoman, of the second part; and the several other creditors of the said William breeds, of the third part; conveyed and assigned, in manner therein mentioned, all his estate and effects, for the benefit of the creditors of the said William Breeds; and such deed was duly executed by the said William Breeds, and by the said George Scrivens, William Fuller, and John Austen respectively, on the said 27th day of January ; and such execution was attested by Nathaniel Polhill Kell, of Battle, in the said county, Attorney-at-Law; and such deed of assignment now lies at the office of the said Nathaniel Pulhill Kell, in Battle aforesaid, for signature of the several creditors of the said William Breeds willing to accept the benefit thereof.
