JOHN SAXBY, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors or other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of John Saxby, late of Northease, in the parish of Rodmell, in the county of Sussex, Farmer (who died on the 16th day, of March, 1881, and whose will was proved by Thomas Cooper, of Norton, Bishopstone, near Lewes, in the said county of Sussex, Farmer, the surviving executor therein named, in the Lewes District Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice on the 9th day of July, 1881), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, or demands to the said Thomas Cooper, on or before the 1st day of August, 1882; and notice is hereby given, that at the expiration of that time the said Thomas Cooper as such executor as aforesaid will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which he shall then have had notice, and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand he shall not then have had notice. - Dated this 12th day of April, 1882.
