By Order of the Commissioners acting under the Commission against William Streater, a Bankrupt. TO be sold by Auction, by Messrs. Upton and Row, at the King's-Arms Inn, in Billinghurst, in the County of Sussex, on Thursday the 24th Day of May 1804, at Three o'Clock in the Afternoon, in Three Lots, and subject to such Conditions as shall be then produced, the following Freehold Premises being Part of the said Bankrupt's Real Estate, viz. Lot 1. All that Meadow adjoining the Street, at Billingshurst aforesaid, with the Field called the Exciseman's Field, and the Plot of Ground and new Orchard thereunto adjoining, containing by Estimation Four Acres, more or less, Part of certain Premises called Taintlands. Lot 2. All those Four Fields, Part also of Taintlands, called the Great Field, the Long Field, the Five-Acre Field, and the New Field, containing by Estimation Eighteen Acres, more or less, contiguous to Lot 1. Lot 3. All that Corn Barn, Hay Barn, Gateroom Hovel and Stable, adjoining to Billinghurst-Street aforesaid.
