WALTER ALEXANDER BAKER, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22 aud 23 Victoria, chapter 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that creditors and others having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Walter Alexander Baker, late of Bexhill, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, deceased (who died on the 24th day of November, 1874, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, by Charles Baker, of Catsfield, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, one of the executors therein named, on the 30th day of December, 1874), are required to send in particulars of such claims or demands to the undersigned, Solicitor for the said executor, on or before the 1st day of March next, after which day the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased, having regard to such claims and demands only of which he shall then have had notice. —Dated this 18th day of January, 1875.
