TO be fold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, before William Spicer, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, on Tuesday the 14th Day of February next, between the Hours of Four and Six in the Afternoon, A Freehold Messuage or Tenement, with its Appurtenances, called by the name of Heath Lands, lying in the Parish of Bepton in the County of Sussex, about a Mile from Midhurst; and 42 Acres of Arable Land; the Whole Lett at 20 l. a Year, and it the Estate of Francis Grice, of Bepton aforesaid. Further Particulars whereof may be had at the said Master's Chambers in Lincoln's Inn, London.
