STURT GOSLING, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Sturt Gosling, formerly of Ditchling, but late of Bankside, Wivelsfield, both in the county of Sussex, Shopkeeper (who died on the 10th day of October, 1871, and whose will was proved in the Lewes District Probate Registry, on the 5th day of December, 1871, by Mary Gosling, of Wivelsfield aforesaid, Widow, since deceased, Thomas Susans, of Clairville, Millbrookroad, Freemantle, near Southampton, in the county of Southampton, Gentleman, and John Weston, of Beckley, in the county of Sussex, Draper, since deceased, the executors thereof), are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, or demands to Drake and Lee, the undersigned firm, on or before the 31st day of May, 1893; after which day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have received notice; and will not be liable for any assets so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 20th day of April, 1893.
