NOTICE is hereby given, that Thomas Stonham, of Brede, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, by an indenture, dated the 16th day of December 1847, assigned all his estate and effects to John Stonham, of Beckly, in the said county, Farmer, and John Vidler, of Rye, in the said county, Merchant, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Thomas Stonham who shall execute the said deed ; and notice is hereby further given, that the said indenture was executed on the day of the date thereof by the said Thomas Stonham, and attested by Edwin Nathaniel Dawes, of Rye aforesaid, Attorney at Law ; and that the said indenture was executed by the said John Stonham and John Vidler on the 29th day of December last, in the presence of, and is attested by, the said Edwin Nathaniel Dawes; and the same deed is now lying at the office of Messrs. Lardner and Dawes, Solicitors, Rye, Sussex, for the signatures of the creditors of the said Thomas Stonham. — Dated the 12th day of January 1848.
