TO be sold by Auction, before the acting Commissioners, at the Crown Inn, in Arundel, in Sussex, between the Hours of Four and Six in the Afternoon of Saturday the 16th Day of March, 1799, in such Lots and under such Conditions as will be then and there produced, A Messuage or Dwelling-House, situate near the Quay, in Arundel aforesaid, late in the Occupation of the said Bankrupt: A Messuage and Baker's Shop, situate near the Bridge in Arundel aforesaid, in the Occupation of Edward Avery: And a Messuage, Barn, Stable, Garden, Two Orchards, and about Sixteen Acres of Arable Land, situate in the Parish of Bignor, in Sussex, now In the Occupation of George Tupper. For further Particulars inquire of Mr. John Holmes, Attorney at Law, at Arundel.
