Estates of JOHN AMORY TRAVERS and Mrs. FLORENCE TRAVERS, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd. Victoria, chapter 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands against the estates of Major John Amory Travers, late of Tortington House, Arundel, Sussex, deceased (who died on the 4th June, 1915), and of his Widow, Mrs. Florence Travers, of the same address, deceased (who died on the 5th August, 1921), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims and demands to Messrs. Travers, Smith, Braithwaite and Co. , at 4, Throgmorton-avenue, London, E. G. 2, the Solicitors to His Honour Judge Arthur Becher Ellicott and Sir Ian Murray Heathcoat Amory, Baronet, the executors of the said Florence Travers, on or before the 30th day of September, 1921; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 12th day of August, 1921.
