My will and menen is as following … I give and bequeath unto my brother William Masson of Hoathly, now living at Langeredge the sume of ten pound to be paid at the end of one year and I give his 3 datters Mary and Elizabeth and Ann the sum of tenn pound a pese to be paid at the end of one year; I give and bequeath unto my sister Elizabeth Nicklas wife of Abraham Nicklas living in Hoathly the sum of tenn pound to be paid her at one yeares end, I give her datter Elizabeth Honer  fife pound and her sun Abroham Nickalus the sum of fife pound and I give her daughter Mary Nicklas the sum of ten pound I give her sun William Nicklas the sum of ten pound to put him to a tread which is all to be payd att the end of one year I also give my Ant Mary Holdman one pound a year to be paid her by my extrix hereafter named my will and menen is that my cosen Ann Nicklos which I have broath up shall be my full and holly exeter also I give her all my goods and mony and corn and cattell full and holly to hir and her children after I am bered but if she should dy be fore she be mared my wil is that after she is bered then what is left shall be ekaly devided betwen my brother William Masson and my sister Elizabeth Nicklos.

I give and bequeath unto my brother William Mason of Hoathly, now living at Langeredge, the sum of ten pound to be paid at the end of one year and I give his three daughters Mary and Elizabeth and Ann the sum of ten pounds a piece to be paid at the end of one year; I give and bequeath unto my sister Elizabeth Nicklas, wife of Abraham Nicklas, living in Hoathly, the sum of ten pounds to be paid to her at one years end, I give her daughter Elizabeth Honer, five pounds and her son Abraham Nicklas, the sum of five pounds, and I give her daughter Mary Nicklas the sum of ten pounds, I give her son William Nicklas, the sum of ten pounds to put him to a trade which is all to be paid at the end of one year, I also give my aunt Mary Holdman, one pound a year to be paid her by my executrix, hereafter named. My will and mind is that my cousin Ann Nicklas, which I have brought up, shall be my full and wholly executor, also I give her all my goods and money and corn and cattle, full and wholly to her and her children after I am buried but if she should die before she is married, my will is that after she is buried, then what is left shall be equally divided between my brother William Masson and my sister Elizabeth Nicklas.
