TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, (in a Cause Wicking against Allen) before Edward Leeds, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Lincoln's-inn, on Tuesday the 1st Day of May next, between Five and Six in the Afternoon, A Freehold Estate called Hichpots, otherwise Mercers, situate in the several Parishes of Ardingley and West Hoathley, in the County of Sussex, late the Estate of John Wicking, of Ardingley aforesaid, Gentleman, deceased. Particulars whereof may be had at the said Master's Chambers, No. 23, Lincoln's-inn Old Buildings.
