THE new Creditors who have proved their Debts under, a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Mary Johnson and William Johnson, late of Angmering, in the County of Sussex, Shopkeepers, Dealers and Chapmen, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupts' Estate and Effects, on the 24th Day of July instant, at Six o'Clock in the Afternoon, at the Office of Matthew Wilson, in Union-Street, Borough, in order to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity, for Recovery of any Part of the said Bankrupts’ Estate and Effects; or to the compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing any Matter or Thing relating thereto; and also to consider of the most eligible Mode of disposing of the Real Estates of the said Bankrupts; and on other special Affairs.
