THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Bayley, of Angmering, in the County of Sussex, and Richard Bayley, of the Parish of Leominster, otherwise Lyminster, in the County of Sussex, Millers, Dealers, Chapmen, and Copartners, intend to meet on Monday the 11th Day of August next, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the Crown Inn, in Arundel, in the County of Sussex, in order to make a Final Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupts; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
